You can purchase the great, healthy meals you’ve come to enjoy online right here. You can always find our current farmers market schedule as well if you want to find The Grain Lady in person and buy our meals that way. So delicious, convenient and good for you!

All Heartland Harvest foods are pure food – whole beans & grains, veggies, dried fruits & whole nuts and natural herbs & spices. Thats it; no added salt, sugar, MSG, soy or STUFF! Our beans, grains, fruits and nuts are certified organic.

Heartland Harvest Foods

Are perfect for people on the go who need convenience that’s good for them. With natural whole foods like beans, whole grains, vegetables and spices they are deliciously simple and can be vegan, vegetarian or with meat as desired.  With a salad your meal is complete, its that easy.

Our Main Dishes

Each of these dishes have Stove Top cooking instructions with Rice Cooker or Crock Pot cooking options and directions.
